Monday empties out the good rooms, and four of these five keep no reservation book at all. Two pour until midnight, so a late table is a real table tonight.

West Village
The Canal Street tabac reopened as a second room on Seventh Avenue South, all tile, zinc and low amber light. Natural wine by the glass, sandwiches and small plates, and a bar you can eat a whole dinner at.

Their own site labels the West Village address "walk-ins only", and that page lists Monday 4pm to 12am.
Vin Sur Vingt
NoMad
A narrow French wine bar on Broadway at 26th Street, dark wood and close tables, open from 3pm. Onion soup, escargot and steak tartare, with 25% off any bottle from 10pm.

Their NoMad page states "No reservations. First come, first serve" and lists Monday 3pm to 12am.
Therapy Wine Bar 2.0
Bedford-Stuyvesant
On Malcolm X Boulevard since 2009, pouring wine, cognac and cocktails against a tapas-style menu built on family recipes. Cash is preferred and the room stays open to midnight on a Monday.

Their own hours page lists Monday 4pm to 12am, and the site carries no reservation link anywhere on it.

Cobble Hill
A natural wine bar on Court Street with an arched wooden bar and light kept low all evening. European-leaning New American plates from chef Jordan Heissenberger, and the door stays open until midnight.

Their own contact page: "June accepts guests on a first-come, first-served basis." Monday 4pm to 12am.
Bar Louise
Park Slope
A small cocktail and natural wine room on Seventh Avenue with a backyard behind it. Monday is their oyster night, cheap by the piece, and happy hour runs all day long.
walk in — the kitchen stops at 10pm, so go early
Their own site says "reservations + walk-ins welcome", lists Monday 3:30pm to 11pm, and notes the kitchen closes at 10pm.
